1. Father, even if you are visiting 2 people here tonight; let me be one of them.
2. Join your hands with your neighbour and lift up your voice to God: Father, visit this my neighbour too and meet him/her at the point of his/her point of need.
Let somebody shout Hallelujah…
We thank the Almighty God for another opportunity to fellowship together with you all once again. Thank God for the choir, Pastor Kunle Ajayi for bringing the heaven down, Nathaniel Bassey, Synergy – they just displayed what I used to be before, the children choir, Elder choir, Ancient Landmark, those that prayed, the man that gave us the Word…to you all I say Thank God for you.
Tonight Ministrations will be Powerful and Loaded. It will be divided into 3 parts – Part 1 for those that are yet to be born again, Part 2 for Bible Study for those that are already Christians and Part 3 for the Miracle sections.
BIBLE TEXT: MATHEW 11: 28-30
Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden and I will give you rest.
Take my yoke upon you and learn of me for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.
For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.
PART 1: ALTAR CALL
When Jesus Christ says come to me to a sinner; He is actually saying stop running away from me. At the Garden of Eden, God usually come in the cool of the evening to play with Adam and Eve. Then they sinned as we have in Genesis 3: 1-11 and attempted running away from God by hiding…that is quiet funny as there is no where they can run from God.
Then God said: Where art thou?
This is a drama as there is no way anyone can hide from God. David said in Psalm 139: 7-12 that there is no where he can hide from the Presence of God. Therefore Philippians 2: 9-11 says its a matter of time as sooner than later all knees must bow – if you don’t bow now, you will bow later. It is better for you to bow voluntarily than to bow by force.
In Revelation 3:20 Jesus Christ says behold I stand by your door and knock, if any man hear my voice and open the door, I will come in to him and will sup with him and he with me.
Someone may say that why will Jesus Christ has to knocked and wait for you to open before before coming in. The reason is that He is not a robber as a robber is the person that forcefully enter a place not given access to. You have a freedom to chose if you want to freely open for Him. You have the key to your hearts while He has the keys to Heaven. If you refuse to open the door of your life to Him now then a day will come that you will knock the door of Heaven and He will refuse to open to you too. Revelations 22:15 said outside are for dogs and sinners generally. There is no way you can get to Heaven if you don’t open the door of your hearts to him here on earth because sooner or later you will die and He will remind you that He knocked at the door of your life but you refused to open to Him.
Then how come did He say: Come to me? Who really is He? In John 9:5 Jesus Christ says I am the Light of the world, the one that can translate you from Kingdom of darkness to Kingdom of Light (Colossians 1: 12-13).
Unless God comes to your aid, you will end up losing…the forces contending with you are just too much.
All He is saying is: Come to me the Light, Saviour (Matthew 1:21) and I am ready to FORGIVE ALL YOUR SINS. 1 John 1:7 says that the blood of Jesus Christ cleanses from all sins. No matter how bad or terrible your life had been; His blood can washes away all the sins as if there was no sin existing before. If any man be in Christ, he is a new creature…(2 Corinthians 5:17). You don’t need to bother about your past and that is the beauty of Christianity. It does not matter the havoc you have committed, the blood of Jesus washes away because He is the Prince of Peace (Isaiah 9:6). He promised to give you peace.
Jesus Christ from the text we read gave a very strong appeal: COME TO ME.
However there is a time limit. Isaiah 55:6 says we should seek the Lord where He may be found, call me when near. You may not be sure of tomorrow but He will want to listen to you now. None of us can say of certainty if we will be Alice tomorrow. 2 Corinthians 6:2 says today is the day the Lord has allotted for your salvation. God brought you here tonight for a reason. This may be the last message you may hear, so don’t delay.
If you want to give your life to Jesus Christ please come and stand before me here now. If you are a backslider this is the best time to rededicate your life back to your Maker.
For all of us sure of our Salvation, start Thanking God for the salvation of your soul and that you are in Him till now.
PART 2: BIBLE STUDY
When Jesus Christ said COME TO ME; the Word Come to a disciple is different from Come to a sinner.
The account in Matthew 14: 23-29 was when Jesus Christ went up to a mountain to pray but His were on a ship on a sea and there was storm. At the 4th hour Jesus went to them walking on the sea and so suspended the law of Gravity. I decree to someone here tonight: whatever Law God need to suspend for you to get your breakthrough, He will suspend it. All of them saw Him walking on the water and Peter bid Him to ask him to Come. And straight away Jesus told him to Come.
To Come to a disciple means the following:
1. It means I dare you to do the impossible: walk on water, do what has not been done before.
From tonight, the kind of Faith to do what you have not done before, let it begin to operate in you. From now, you will begin to Jump. All the things and projects you see me do are still small.
2. It means you should take a Step of Faith
Prophesy: The Lord said that between now and December, the Miracle that you will experience will blow your mind.
3. It means Come closer for you to join the Inner Circle and become very intimate with me.
Jesus Christ has 12 disciples but whenever He is going to somewhere important, He will take only 3 of the disciples with Him – Peter, James and John (Matthew 17: 1-2). Excuse me, what is the fault of the other 9 disciples left behind? As from today you too should stop being at the bottom of the mountain but to Come Higher. All Jesus Christ is saying is that you should leave the group of all the others … COME TO ME!.
Then He said: I WILL GIVE YOU REST. He said I will give rest to all ye that labour.
The Word Rest is a big word. It is people of quietness that hear from God. Rest is the opposite of labour. Labour is different from work. Work is good that is why Jesus said: My Father work and I work as well. However, labour is when you work as an elephant but eat as an ant. That’s why from the part of the world I came from (Nigeria); they call people that work hard Labourers. Therefore it means those that are struggling and hardly makes end meet should come to Him.
Rest is the opposite of bearing the burden that is too heavy for you to bear. In Numbers 11: 14-15; Moses told God that the assignment given to him was too heavy such that he cannt bear it alone.
Daddy prayed that whatever the burden you may be carrying now, God will take it off you.
Rest also means to make life much easier for you. If you are a member of His Inner Circle, He will sit to your level and make you attain a level whereby serving Him will be Joyful to you.
Philippians 4:13 says that I can do all things through Christ that strengthened me.
So therefore, the more you get closer to Him, the more you will understand that He is better than what you used to think of Him.
God is such understanding that He said: Take my yoke upon yourself. This simply means: Come under a New Management. Some of us after accepting Jesus Christ; hold God in one hand and another thing in another hand. Matthew 6:24 says man cannot serve 2 masters at the same time. Listen to me: Stop bring lukewarm. Revelations 3: 15-16 encourages us not to be lukewarm (be hot or cold) or else God will spit you out. It means God is telling you to stop disgracing Him as many are calling you with the Name of the Lord.
Then He said: Learn of Me. It is not enough to be just a Christian. You should not learn from your Pastor but Jesus saying let me be your Example and Teacher. Let your quest at all times be: What will Jesus Christ do if He is in my shoe?
Hosea 4:6 says my people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. John 8:32 – ye shall know the truth and the truth shall make you free. Jesus said that He is the Truth, the way and life in John 14:6. Daddy GO used to tell people that he is still beginning to know Him as it is difficult to ever think you have known Him all. So for those that knew Daddy GO will know that he patterned his life not after any Pastor as he has Jesus Christ as his Only Role Model.
What then should we learn from Jesus Christ?
1. His Meekness.
Many misunderstand meekness for weakness. Meekness is when someone has tremendous powers but refused to used it to defend himself/herself. This is not easy as occasionally you may be tempted to want to show people that you have power. There are many Blessings for Meekness. Matthew 5:5 says blessed are the meek for they shall inherit the earth. Psalm 37:11 says in addition to inheriting the earth, the meek shall delight themselves in the abundance of Peace. Psalm 22:26 says that the meek shall eat and be satisfied.
Many at times Daddy GO is tempted to show that he has power and connection but he has learnt meekness from Jesus Christ.
2. Learn His Lowliness (Humility).
James 4:6, the Bible says God resist the proud. The reason why many don’t go far is because of pride. You want to take a step and there is resistance; if from demon and you command in Jesus Name, it will go. But if the resistance is from through His Angel and you are busy using Jesus Name…the Angel will tell you that He was the one that asked him to stop you.
At your leisure time read Deuteronomy 28. First read the first 14 verses and then from verse 15 to the end and then make comparism. You will then appreciate the rewards of Holiness better than disobedience. The cost of Holiness is by far cheaper than the cost of disobedience.
God means everything He asked you to do and there is rewards for it. Read Luke 6:38 and John 15:16.
PART 3:
Come to Me for those trusting God for Miracle could mean to come to experience an Encounter is all what you need in your life for all the wars in your life to cease.
Judges 3: 9-11 reads thus in part – And when the children of Israel cried unto the LORD, the LORD raised up a deliverer to the children of Israel who delivered them….
Rest is absence of War.
Prophesy: The Lord said if you can have an encounter with me, the war in your body will cease.
1. Sickness is a warfare. At the time of creation, God knew that there might be some things to attack you so He created soldiers to protect you. In Biology, blood has what we call lucozode that fights any invader into our body. When the soldiers and invaders are fighting that is when we run temperature. When the infections get to a level, the body will lose the battle. All you need afterwards is a help from the One that created you.
In Matthew 8: 1-3, a leper came to Jesus Christ and told Him that I know you can make me whole. Then Jesus responded that He is willing and the lepered man was cleansed.
In Mark 5: 25-34; is the account of woman with the issue of blood; when drugs failed (that is help from the soldiers fighting the invaders) just an encounter with Jesus Christ solved the problem.
In Mark 2: 1-12; the friend of a paralysed man forced him to get the attention of Jesus Christ. You too may need to be forced or forced yourself and prayed like soldiers tonight…since the days of John the Baptist the Kingdom suffers violence and the violent take it by force.
It does not matter how many diseases followed you here tonight…stand up on your feet.
PRAYER: Father, you are the Great Physician; give me Rest in my body. Whether the doctor says there is hope or not…you have asked me to Come let me have rest in my body from the top of my head to the sole of my feet.
Some of us may have prayed that we don’t want sickness or your doctor that you trusted so much may have told you that there is nothing else they can do then you will remember tonight.
Do you know that a man may be sick and not know. If there is any killer thing in your body; in Jesus Christ Name, nsy God give you rest in that body
2. The war in your family can ceased – Matthew 10:36.
Many don’t discover on time that where fire is burning them is from their family. Many fights battles they don’t know how to proceed. But God knows how to separates you from members of your family responsible for warfare in your life.
How can there be war from your family members? This has been existing even from the beginning – Cain performed the first war against his brother Abel (both from the same mother). If however you have an encounter with God; He can change that your enemy from your family to a friend. That your greatest enemy may be your brother but God has a way of changing that murderous brother to a loving brother. Read Genesis 22: 1-7; Esau was a sworn enemy of his brother Jacob and had employed 400 soldiers ready for war. That night Jacob had an encounter with God such that by in Genesis 33 1-4, when Esau saw Jacob; he kissed and huged him and bursted into tears.
PRAYER: Father, every war in my family (from my father, mother, husband, wife sides) let it end tonight. That brother or sister that hated me because am succeeding, God come and help me. Let all my family battle ends tonight.
Prophesy:
1. The Lord says that those who has written you off will get a big surprise.
2. The Lord is saying to someone that your sperm count is now normal.
Every plant that you have not planted can be uprooted.
3. The Lord said that there is someone here tonight, the doctor told you that you have problem with your liver and its hardening…He says get a brand new liver now.
3. If you experience an Encounter, the war on your Finance will be taking care of.
Daddy decreed that every war on your finance has ended tonight.
I need to tell all of you that business is a warfare as everybody struggles for the same market. The poor is a servant to the rich. Proverbs 22:7 says the rich rule over the poor.
Prosperity is preached properly in the Bible. The plans of God is not for us to die poor. Say it boldly: I refuse to die poor.
Proverbs 10:15(b) says the destruction of the poor is their poverty.
So if the bible says that poverty is a destroyer then it is not meant for the children of God. People riding Royce Rolls don’t have two heads. In fact the money they are spending belongs to my Father in Heaven…so I deserved to have it too. We can make Heaven our goal and still enjoy as we go. I don’t know about you … I am tired of poverty and suffering. In Jesus Name, you will suffer no more!
Read 2 Kings 1-7; under the widow of the son of Prophet cried to God, nothing happened.
PRAYER: Father, I am tired of of suffering, give me rest Financially.
Prophesy:
1. The Lord says that for that door your enemy closed against you, He will open it in 3 ways.
2. The Lord says that the drums of war in your family shall break.
4. The war in your Emotions can cease.
It is a terrible thing to be sad because sorrow is a killer. The book of Proverbs says Joy is a medicine. Sorrow dries up strength. Proverbs 16:13 says sorrow breaks the spirit. Proverbs 18:14 says a man with a wounded spirit is practically finished.
But just an encounter with Jesus Christ can guaranteed Joy – Psalm 16:1.
Daddy decreed that for the rest of your life you won’t experience or know sorrow again.
However, sorrow is just one emotion. Another emotion is anger. Anger has destroyed many people, Christians and homes. It takes only an encounter with Jesus to enjoy rest from anger.
Some people are pleasant outside but deep inside are bombs that can destroy all that they have built.
In Mark 3: 17; the bible recorded that James and John are both surnamed Boanerges which means son of the thunder. Little wonder in Luke 9: 49-56; they called down fire down but Jesus rebuke them and the spirit they carried. This duo after having encounter with Jesus in 1 John 4: 7-8; they were preaching that we should love one another…for God is love.
Christians are like volcanoes waiting to explode. Something must be done to that anger in you. And your life is not secured until God deals with it.
PRAYER: Father, let all the wars in my emotions cease. Give me rest in my emotions. Please God don’t let me destroy myself so that your Name will be glorified in my life.
Prophesy: The Lord says that there is someone here that before the end of this Year will get a surprise that will surprise others.
5. Put an end to all my Spiritual war.
Of all the warfare, nothing can compare to Spiritual warfare because they are forces that you cannot see. Read Mark 5: 1-5. A man under demonic forces cannot have rest. It does not matter how highly placed you may be; you cannot enjoy rest because it becomes practically difficult for such to seek help thinking that what will people say. For example the case of King Saul in 1 Samuel 16: 14-23.
For any man under curse, he will not have rest until such curse is broken. In Genesis 4: 13-14; God pronounced a curse on Cain that he will be a vagabond.
When a man is being tormented by evil forces such cannot sleep. Psalm 127:2 says God gives His beloved sleep. Some people spends billions of naira to buy sleeping pills…they are highly placed and connected with waterbeds at home but yet cannt sleep. However some of you are like me that can sleep even while standing.
When a man is under a curse, things will happened that are difficult to explained. A man having 3 PhD’s could not get work and wife to marry. But when God brushes the curse aside, blessings began to flow in.
Prophesy: The Lord says that there is someone here enjoying the Peace of God that passes all human understanding.
PRAYER: Father, all Spiritual wars in my life let them end tonight…all spiritual wars in form of curses and demonic attacks.
